Todd Rudsenske Bio

Todd joined Webster as a Partner in 2020 after a 25-year career as an investment banker to leading middle-market healthcare service organizations. Prior to joining Webster, Todd served as a Managing Director at Cain Brothers, a leading healthcare investment bank. Previously he served as a Vice President at Merrill Lynch and at Ernst &Young. Over Todd’s career, he advised on over $5 billion of transactions and some of his notable clients include Invo Healthcare, Florida Autism Centers, HealthPro Heritage, New York Bariatric Group, and D&S Community Services. Todd was educated at Texas A&M University and Columbia Business School.
