Doug Williams Bio

Doug joined Webster in 2016 after serving on multiple Webster portfolio company Boards. Today Doug serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Webster Equity Partners and works across our portfolio companies in both the Healthcare and Consumer sectors. Doug is a seasoned premier branding operating executive with broad experience in wholesale, licensing, retail, mergers and acquisitions, product sourcing and international business development. Notably, Doug spent 16 years at The Ralph Lauren Corporation where he ultimately rose to become Group President. Doug is also the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of several family owned companies including W Diamond Group, W Diamond Ventures, Barolo Holdings and Shrine Pass Investments. Through these companies, Doug has provided development and leadership to many prestigious brands, including Filson, Hickey Freeman, Hart Schaffner Marx, Bobby Jones, Vineyard Vines, Christopher Blue, JAG Jeans and Misook. Doug was educated at the University of Tulsa.
