Sam is a Founding Partner, and primarily responsible for investment analysis, transaction execution, and portfolio management. Sam has over 12 years of direct private equity investment experience, having led the execution of over 30 direct investments across the U.S., Asia, Africa, South America, and Eastern Europe. Sam serves on the boards of several companies and organizations including CloudFactory, Eckerd Connects, and Abe Brown Ministries. Additionally, Sam is a founding member of the Peterson Institute for International Economics’ Global Future Council. Sam earned his B.S. degree in Business Administration from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business.
