As a member of the Healthcare investment team, Reeve works closely with WCP portfolio companies Concierge Home Care and PromptCare. He is responsible for leading all aspects of the deal process from origination and due diligence through deal structuring and post-investment portfolio management, as well as working with the Ecosystem on executive partner recruitment and thesis development. Reeve most recently worked with two PE-backed portfolio companies where he focused on strategy and operations. Prior to that, he spent nearly four years on the investment team at Swander Pace Capital, a consumer-focused PE firm. Reeve started his career in investment banking at J.P. Morgan as part of the Financial Institutions Group. He holds a BA in Economics from Middlebury College and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
