Isser Elishis Bio

Isser oversees the investment decision-making process and portfolio investment strategy. His responsibilities include investment management, deal structuring and execution, portfolio monitoring and exit strategy assessment. As Chief Investment Officer, Isser has overseen more than $9 billion invested in North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia. Previous to Waterton, Isser was Senior Vice President and Director at HSBC, where he ran the Toronto-based Equity Structured Finance Group, a group that executed over $7 billion in transactions during his leadership.
