Wendy McMillan is Partner at Waterland, leading the UK team. With 25 years of experience centered on strategy and implementation, Wendy built a successful track record in driving growth and transformation in technology, sustainability, and customer-focused environments. Wendy holds an MSc in Engineering from Oxford University and earned a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD, where she received the Henry Ford II Award for graduating top of class. She started her career at Bain & Company and she has since held significant roles at Sappi, BT Group, Arqiva, and Dyson, occupying various global managerial positions. In her most recent role, she served as a Sector Chief Executive Officer at Halma plc, a FTSE 100 industrial company specializing in healthcare, environmental, and safety technologies.
