Rinaldo Rosendaal Bio

Rinaldo Rosendaal is Partner at Waterland in Bussum, the Netherlands. Prior to joining Waterland, he worked as Analyst at Sequoia in Amsterdam, where he was involved in various national and international transactions and advisory projects. During his studies he held an internship at the Benelux M&A team of Lazard in Amsterdam. Rinaldo holds a Master’s degree in Business Law (LLM) and a Master’s degree (cum laude) in Financial Economics (M.Sc) both from the Radboud University Nijmegen. He also holds a Master’s degree in Finance (M.Sc) from the University of Tilburg and studied U.S. Business Law at the UNC School of Law in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
