Joy Castenmiller Bio

Joy Castenmiller is Principal at Waterland in Bussum, the Netherlands. Prior to joining Waterland, Joy worked as an intern at Lazard Benelux. Joy holds a Master’s degree in Finance & Investments from the Rotterdam School of Management (Erasmus University) and he also participated in an exchange programme with the Ross School of Business (University of Michigan). During his studies, he held the position of Credit Analyst at the Credit Recovery Department of Rabobank Westland and engaged in various freelance consultancy projects.
