Mike Brennan Bio

Mike Brennan has invested in and grown companies across every major sector of healthcare during his extensive career at Water Street. Mike currently specializes in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry, where he has been instrumental in building a preeminent group of companies spanning every stage of product development and commercialization. He currently serves on the boards of directors of Allucent, Catalyx, Discovery Life Sciences, EVERSANA, Solvias and THREAD. Prior to joining Water Street in 2007, Mike worked in the Investment Banking Group of Deutsche Bank Securities. Mike donates his time as a board member of First Tee - Greater Chicago, a youth development organization that integrates the game of golf with a life skills curriculum. He earned a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a master’s in business administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
