Will Keesler Bio

Will is a Managing Partner at Watchtower Capital. Along with his partners, he directs all aspects of the firm’s activities, including strategy, investor relations, recruiting and culture, new investment execution and managing the portfolio. Will has extensive experience leading private equity investments and has served on the Board of Directors of numerous leading middle-market companies. Prior to Watchtower, Will was a Managing Director at Cortec Group, where he focused on investing in family and founder-owned businesses in the consumer services, commercial services and B2B product sectors. Prior to Cortec, Will was a Principal at Paine Schwartz Partners, and previously worked at Sun Capital Partners and Macquarie Capital. Will received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina. Will is a North Carolina native, and after nearly 20 years in the Northeast and South Florida, is glad to be home. When not working with founders, Will can be found at the beach or in the mountains with his wife and two young sons.
