Casey Lanza Bio

Casey is a Managing Partner at Watchtower. Along with his partners, he directs all aspects of the firm’s activities, including strategy, investor relations, recruiting and culture, new investment execution and managing the portfolio. Casey has extensive experience leading private equity investments and has served on the Board of Directors of numerous leading middle-market companies. Prior to Watchtower, Casey was a Principal at Instar Asset Management, where focused on investing in leading middle-market essential service businesses and served on the firm’s investment committee. Prior to Instar, Casey was a Vice President at Sun Capital Partners, where he initially joined as an Operations Analyst focused on portfolio company special projects, and transitioned to an investment professional for the majority of his tenure. Prior to Sun Capital, Casey was a Financial Analyst at Waste Industries. Casey received a Bachelor of Accounting from Florida Atlantic University. When not working with founders, Casey can be found in a workout class or travelling with his wife, daughter and twin boys.
