Patrick Foley Bio

Before joining Washington Harbour, Mr. Foley was a Private Equity Associate at Clayton, Dubilier & Rice in New York. He was a member of the Consumer, Retail and Services group focused on potential take-privates, partnership transactions and carve-outs. At CD&R, he was responsible for monitoring and mapping select industry subsectors, as well as supporting portfolio companies and respective management teams. Prior to CD&R, he was an Investment Banking Analyst at Bank of America, Merrill Lynch in the Mergers and Acquisitions group. Mr. Foley graduated from Georgetown University, McDonough School of Business with a B.S in Business Administration and a concentration in Finance and Accounting.
