Mark Kozak Bio

Mark is President and Managing Partner of Warwick Capital Group, LLC. Since founding Warwick, Mark has completed investments in healthcare, information technology, building products, education, financial services and advertising specialties. Prior to founding Warwick, Mark enjoyed a career spanning 20 years in operational management and strategic planning. During this time, he worked in the consumer products, pharmaceuticals and health and beauty aids industries for Georgia Pacific and Bristol-Myers Squibb Company where he held managerial positions in marketing, sales, manufacturing, administration, and strategic planning. This breadth of experience allows Mark to bring a unique understanding of a company's strategic, operational, and financial needs to Warwick's investments which serves to strengthen Warwick's relationship with its portfolio companies. Mark holds a BS degree from the University of Connecticut and an MBA from the University of New Haven.
