Paweł Maj Bio

Paweł joined WEG in early 2022. He previously co-managed three VC funds (two bValue funds and the Skyline Venture fund) and the Skyline Investment advisory and investment boutique. To date he completed more than 50 investments, more than 20 exits, and has served on the supervisory and management boards of more than 30 companies. Paweł is actively involved in the development of the startup ecosystem in Poland and CEE as a mentor, speaker, lecturer, jury member and author of numerous publications. He is also a mentor in the Social Business Accelerator program, part of the Polish Private Equity and Venture Capital Association. Paweł graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater (USA) with a degree in Management. Paweł's day to day: Paweł is mainly responsible for providing strategic support to Vigo Ventures as well as expanding WEG's portfolio and supporting portfolio companies in development and fundraising.
