Krzysztof joined WEG in 1999 and has served as the group's CEO since 2015. Early in his career, Krzysztof gained experience at two consulting firms: TDI and Egmont Consulting. He also actively participated in the operational activities of WEG's portfolio companies, including serving as the CFO of ZPC Otmuchów during 1999-2001 and 2007-2011 and leading to its IPO on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Recently, Krzysztof has also been acting as Vice President of the Management Board of Polskie Konsorcjum Gospodarcze S.A. and Member of the Supervisory Board of Baltchem Zakłady Chemiczne S.A. Krzysztof graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology with a degree in Applied Mathematics. Krzysztof’s day-to-day: Krzysztof manages Group financials, participates in defining WEG strategy, and evaluates new investment projects. Using his over twenty years of experience in the investment industry, Krzysztof also supports portfolio companies in defining and implementing their strategy.
