Mr. Brown is responsible for evaluating and executing investment transactions and managing portfolio companies. Previously, he was with VRA Partners, an Atlanta-based boutique investment bank. Mr. Brown earned a B.S. in Accounting and Business Administration from the Williams School of Commerce, Economics and Politics at Washington and Lee University.
