Ike Helene Bio

Mr. Helene is a Director at Warren Equity Partners, where he oversees investment transactions and manages portfolio companies. Previously, he was a Partner and Chief Investment Officer at Ronin Equity Partners, where he specialized in evaluating, underwriting, and structuring investments. In addition, he led thesis development, managed deal teams, and drove the end-to-end execution of new transactions. Mr. Helene holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Cum Laude, with minors in Mathematics and Financial Economics from Vanderbilt University.
