Ms. Chen is responsible for leading and providing strategic direction to Warren Equity Partners’ tax strategy, compliance, and reporting functions across the entire platform. Prior to joining Warren Equity Partners, Ms. Chen was Tax Director at JMI Equity, a $8bn private equity firm focused on investing in leading software companies. Previous experience includes Senior Vice President of Tax Strategy at EIG Global Energy Partners and PwC, where she serviced venture capital, private equity, and hedge fund clients. Ms. Chen received a B.A. in Business from the National Sun Yat-Sen University in Taiwan, and a Master of Accountancy from The George Washington University in Washington, DC. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Virginia.
