Mr. O’Connor joined Warren Equity Partners in 2025 as General Counsel, Managing Director. Prior to joining WEP, he served as Counsel to Golub Capital LLC, managing legal and strategic risk in connection with the firm’s portfolio. Prior to Golub, Mr. O’Connor was the Global Head of M&A – Legal at Honeywell International, where he managed all M&A and joint venture activities globally for the firm and its strategic business units. Prior to Honeywell, he began his career with Latham & Watkins LLP, focusing on public and private mergers, acquisitions, and private equity investments. Mr. O’Connor earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Spanish, Summa Cum Laude, from Tufts University and a Juris Doctor from Cornell Law School.
