Mr. McCormick is responsible for evaluating and executing investment transactions and managing portfolio companies. Previously, he was with the Riverside Company, a Cleveland-based middle market private equity firm with over $6 billion under management. Prior to joining Riverside, Mr. McCormick worked in the investment banking division of Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. Mr. McCormick earned a B.S.B.A. at the University of North Carolina.
