Steven Glenn Bio

Steven G. Glenn is a Managing Director, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and member of the Executive Management group. He is responsible for all Financial Administration and Treasury functions in his role as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus in 2007, he was a Partner in Ernst & Young’s Transaction Advisory Services Group. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Steven is the former Treasurer of the Make-A-Wish Foundation of New Jersey and is actively involved with Lunch Break of Red Bank. He is a Certified Public Accountant, received a BS from Binghamton University, an MS from SUNY Albany, and a JD from Fordham University.
