Ruoxi Chen is based in New York, joined Warburg Pincus in 2011, and focuses on investments in the healthcare sector. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Ruoxi worked at the Carlyle Group in the U.S. Buyout Fund, and at Citigroup. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Simtra Biopharma Solutions and Sotera Health, and has been involved in the firm’s investments in Accriva Diagnostics, Polyplus, RegionalCare Hospital Partners, Silk Road Medical, and Tornier/Wright Medical. Ruoxi received a BS magna cum laude in Economics and Computer Science from Duke University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
