Michael Pan is based in New York, joined Warburg Pincus in 2012 and focuses on investments in the business services sector. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, he worked as a Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group. Michael has been involved in the firm’s investments in A-LIGN, Builders FirstSource, Certified Group, FlexXray, GA Foods, Hygiena, Neiman Marcus, RegionalCare Hospital Partners, and Wencor Group. He holds a BS in Economics, Summa Cum Laude, from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He also holds an MBA, Baker Scholar, from the Harvard Business School.
