Kristin Marvin Bio

Kristin (Kay) Marvin is based in New York and joined Warburg Pincus in 2022 as a Director in the Compliance group. Kay joined Warburg Pincus from Brown Brothers Harriman where she served as Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Officer for funds in the US and Cayman Islands. Prior to BBH, Kay was a Program Manager at Ares Management Corporation, where she was responsible for developing and implementing its global AML and sanctions program covering funds in the US, Cayman Islands, and Luxembourg.
