Jeffrey Perlman Bio

Jeffrey Perlman is President of Warburg Pincus. He is currently a member of the firm’s Executive Management group at Warburg Pincus. In addition to his role as President, Jeff leads Warburg Pincus’ investments in Southeast Asia and the firm’s real estate franchise across Asia-Pacific. He currently serves as the Chairman of ESR Group Limited (1821.HK) and also serves on the Board of Directors for ESR Group Limited, BW Industrial Development JSC, LodgisHospitality Holdings, Mofang Apartments, NWP Property, MoMo, Storhub, Princeton Digital Group Limited, Oona Insurance and others. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus in 2006, Jeffrey worked in the Real Estate Investment Banking group at Credit Suisse. He received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
