Jay Epstein Bio

Jay Epstein is based in New York, joined Warburg Pincus in 2022, and is a CFO Advisor on the Value Creation team. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, he was Chief Financial Officer and President of International Operations for CSC ServiceWorks, a business services company. Jay has a long track record in financial operations, previously serving as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for other private equity and privately owned industrial companies. He started his career as a Chemical Engineer before moving into finance. Jay received a BS in Chemical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from The University of Chicago.
