Doug Madden is based in New York, joined Warburg Pincus in 2010 and is a Managing Director and the firm’s Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to joining the firm, he held compliance and legal positions at Merrill Lynch & Co. for the preceding thirteen years, predominantly in its private equity arm, Merrill Lynch Global Private Equity. Doug received a BA from St. John’s University and an MBA from Fordham University.
