David Reis Bio

David Reis is based in London and joined Warburg Pincus in 2016. David leads the firm’s investment efforts in information and business services as well as industrials across Europe. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, David was a Managing Director within Goldman Sachs’ Merchant Banking Division and responsible for investments in the technology and industrials sectors. He is actively involved with the firm’s investment in Norstella (formerly Citeline / Informa Pharma Intelligence, Evaluate and MMIT) and is currently a Director of PTSG, Gemini and Sundyne. David led some of the firm’s European landmark investments including Once for All (formerly Constructionline) and Accelya. He is a member of the firm’s ESG Committee and of the Parents@Warburg Steering Committee. David graduated from HEC Lausanne, Switzerland with an MSc in Finance and Management.
