Adam Krainson Bio

Adam Krainson is based in New York, first joined Warburg Pincus in 2010 and returned in 2014. He focuses on investments in the healthcare sector. He serves on the Boards of Summit Health/CityMD and Gabe’s and is involved in the firm’s investment in global healthcare exchange. Adam was also involved with prior investments in Interactive Data Corporation, InComm, and Consolidated Precision Products. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, he worked in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs. Adam received a BS magna cum laude in Finance and Economics from New York University and an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
