Ryan Castle Bio

Ryan Castle is the Chief Operating Officer of Walker & Dunlop Investment Partners. In his role, he is responsible for implementing strategic and operational initiatives, forming new investment vehicles, and overseeing WDIP’s investor relations, business development, marketing and human resource functions. Additionally, Mr. Castle is a voting member of WDIP’s investment committees. Prior to joining WDIP, Mr. Castle was a Senior Associate with Green Courte Partners, LLC, a Chicago-based real estate private equity firm focused on investing in niche real estate operating companies, where he was responsible for acquisitions. In this role, he supported the strategic acquisition or development of over $500 million in assets. Before Green Courte, Mr. Castle was a Financial Analyst with Baxter International, Inc., where he held several roles within the corporate finance division.
