Rodrigue Alexandre Bio

Rodrigue (“Rod”) Alexandre is a Director of Equity Asset Management at Walker & Dunlop Investment Partners. In his role, he is responsible for managing a portfolio of both preferred and common equity investments. Prior to beginning his role in January 2023, Rod spent three years on Walker & Dunlop’s Proprietary Capital team, where he provided production support for multifamily bridge loans. Prior to that, Rod spent seven years in various roles in Walker & Dunlop’s GSE Asset Management group. Rod’s career experience also includes roles in public sector investment banking and government consulting. Rod holds an undergraduate degree from Georgetown University and a Master’s in Public Administration from New York University.
