Rob Boydston is Head of Equity Asset Management at Walker & Dunlop Investment Partners. In his role, he is responsible for monitoring the implementation of WDIP investments’ business plans and market performance, preparing investor reporting, ensuring investment contributions and cash flows are disbursed in accordance with the investment’s operating agreement, and tracking WDIP’s gross IRR and multiple returns for individual investments and on the fund level. Mr. Boydston started his professional career as a CPA with the real estate practice of a public accounting firm where he performed audits and financial statement preparation for developers, investors, and managers of commercial and multi-family properties. He then joined Equity Office Properties Trust, the largest publicly traded REIT by market capitalization at the time, where he served in various roles within the Portfolio Management department. Mr. Boydston has experience across multiple property types including commercial and medical office, industrial, retail, multi-family, and self-storage. Mr. Boydston received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Washburn University and a Master of Business Administration from DePaul University.
