Mason Bodie is a director of Equity Asset Management at Walker & Dunlop Investment Partners. In his role, he is responsible for managing a portfolio of equity investments and executing WDIP’s property-level business plans. Mr. Bodie started his career at Stream Realty Partners where he worked in various capacities including commercial real estate accounting, property, and portfolio management. He then joined Scout Cold Logistics as an Asset Manager where he was focused on a portfolio of institutional-grade cold storage facilities in addition to underwriting acquisitions and maintaining investor reports. Prior to joining WDIP, Mr. Bodie was a Manager of Asset Management for Welltower, the largest publicly traded healthcare REIT by market capitalization, where he oversaw multiple joint-venture portfolios of medical office buildings with AUM in excess of $1B. Mr. Bodie earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration in accounting and management from the University of Arkansas.
