Duncan McHale Bio

Duncan McHale is a Senior Director at Walker & Dunlop Investment Partners. In his role, he is responsible for analyzing potential investments, deal structuring, financial modeling, due diligence, and property and portfolio valuation. Prior to this role, Mr. McHale joined WDIP in 2016 as an Analyst. Before that, Mr. McHale was an Investment Analyst with Perennial Capital Advisors, a Boston-based real estate fund of funds focused on opportunistic and value-add debt and equity strategies, globally. Mr. McHale holds a Bachelor of Arts in Commerce, Organizations, and Entrepreneurship from Brown University.
