Alex DiMercurio Bio

Alex DiMercurio is a Director at Walker & Dunlop Investment Partners. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing Transaction Management for both the equity and debt platforms, as well as managing the Due Diligence, Closing, and Asset Management handoff processes for every transaction that closes. Prior to this position, she was an Associate at WDIP. Before that, Ms. DiMercurio was a Valuations Associate with Prologis, a global industrial real estate owner/operator and developer. She was responsible for the quarterly valuation and reporting for over $16 billion in assets under management across four fund vehicles in the U.S. and Latin America. She also managed quarterly Investment Committee capital deployment recommendations and market research. Ms. DiMercurio graduated magna cum laude from Colorado State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance.
