Philip Kars Bio

Philip studied business administration in Groningen. He started his career at Akzo Nobel finance department. After 2 years he switched to banking and started at merchant bank department of MeesPierson (later renamed in Fortis Bank Investment Banking). He worked for the mergers and acquisition department and was involved in numerous transactions. In addition he was responsible for the Distribution and Services market sector. In 2005 Philip started his own business in corporate finance and business development. In that period he among others founded a start-up. In 2006 Philip joined Wagram.
