Osvaldo Gattegna is a Director on the Corporate & Traded Credit team. Based in London, he joined the firm in 2025. Prior to joining Värde, Osvaldo worked as an Associate Director at Alchemy Partners in London, where he focused on distressed credit and special situations investing. Before Alchemy, Osvaldo spent three years at McKinsey & Company focusing on strategy, corporate finance and risk projects. Osvaldo holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sapienza University of Rome, a Master’s in Corporate Finance from LUISS University and an M.B.A. from London Business School with a Dean’s List Award. He is also a CFA Charterholder.
