Marie Suesse Bio

Marie Suesse is the Global Head of Human Capital. In addition to overseeing the global Human Capital team, she leads Communications and Philanthropy for the firm. Based in Minneapolis, she joined the firm in 2019. Prior to joining Värde, Marie was at Artisan Partners, overseeing talent management, talent acquisition, global benefits and training. Prior to Artisan, she worked as Vice President of Human Resources focusing on talent acquisition at JPMorgan within the Asset Management division. Marie received a B.A. from the College of Wooster and Master’s in Journalism from the University of Mississippi.
