Helen Ward Bio

Helen Ward is a Managing Director. Working directly with the investment teams, she is responsible for supporting investments and strategic investment initiatives, including driving structuring and execution. Based in London, she joined the firm in 2019. Prior to joining Värde, Helen worked at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP with a focus on restructuring. Previously she also held positions at Cadwalder, Wikersham & Taft LLP and Linklaters LLP. Helen received a B.A. in Geography from Kings College University, London and is admitted to the roll of Solicitors of England and Wales.
