Barbara Maluska Bio

Barbara is responsible for the financial, legal and compliance operations of the firm and its funds. She has worked in private equity finance at Nova Capital Management and Ipes, gaining broad experience across both corporate and fund accounting for a portfolio of private equity clients. She also spent time at InfraCo Africa, part of the Private Infrastructure Development Group (PIDG), which mobilises private sector investment to deliver infrastructure that supports economic growth and poverty reduction in developing countries. At Volpi Capital, Barbara also looks after ESG, bringing her expertise in sustainable investment practices alongside her financial leadership. She is a CIMA-qualified accountant and was born and raised in Poland.
