Qi Zhu Bio

Qi Zhu is the Head of Talent and Organization Development at Vivo Capital. She oversees Vivo’s Human Resource matters and aligns the global talent strategies with the organization’s overall goals and objectives. Qi joined Vivo in 2013 with a healthcare strategy background. She first joined as an investment professional before transferring to her current role as Head of Talent and Organization Development in 2020. Prior to Vivo, Qi worked for McKinsey & Company, where she helped multinational pharmaceutical companies and large Chinese companies with corporate strategy, as well as organizational strategy. Qi graduated from Fudan University management school with a B.A. and M.A. in Accounting.
