Jane Gong Bio

Jane Gong is a Principal on Vivo Capital’s Investor Relations team. Having joined the firm in 2021, she works closely with the investment, finance, and legal teams on fundraising activities, investor coverage and reporting, and stakeholder communications. Prior to joining Vivo, Jane was on the Investor Relations team of New Horizon, Advantech, and Redview Capital platform, where she engaged in executing the IR program and supporting post-investment management activities. Previously, Jane was an Investment Banking Analyst at Houlihan Lokey (NYSE:HLI), where she specialized in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, as well as take-private transactions. Early in her career, she also worked for a financial advisory firm focused on raising capital for Israeli start-ups in the high-tech and healthcare sectors. Jane received her bachelor’s degree in Honors Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario in Canada.
