Libby Baker Bio

Libby Baker is Senior Director, Talent & Culture on the Talent Team. Prior to joining Vistria, Libby led People Operations for Waud Capital Partners, a middle market PE firm in Chicago. Before Waud Capital, Libby was the VP of Organizational Development and Plant HR at Home Chef, overseeing culture, talent and HR priorities for corporate and manufacturing sites of a high-growth company. Libby began her post-MBA career at McKinsey, where she worked in the Business Technology and Organization practices, working with various clients to strategically build people and talent capabilities to support their business. Libby graduated from Northwestern University with a B.A. in Economics. She earned her M.B.A. from Georgetown University.
