Prior to joining Vistria, Jennifer was a Talent Operating Advisor for Goldman Sachs’ Private Equity Value Accelerator platform where she partnered with investors and portfolio companies to develop human capital strategies and build high-performing teams. She was previously a senior leader within Egon Zehnder’s Leadership Advisory practice, working across industries to help companies and leaders on complex talent and organizational challenges such as CEO and C-suite succession, executive search, and senior executive assessment and development. Prior to that, Jennifer worked at McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager as well as in Professional Development. She began her career at Gen Re in facultative underwriting. Jennifer holds a B.A. from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
