Prior to joining Vistria, Adnan was a Senior Associate at Mubadala Development Company, a strategic investment company capitalized by the Government of Abu Dhabi. At Mubadala, he focused on global investments in the real estate and healthcare sectors. Adnan began his career at M3 Capital Partners focused on entity-level principal investments, capital raising transactions and M&A advisory. Adnan currently serves on the Board of Directors of Apollo Education Group, Vanta Education, Academic Partnerships and Unitek Learning. Adnan previously served on the Board of Directors of Penn Foster Education Group and HigherEducation.com. Adnan received a B.A. in Economics and Finance from Washington University in St. Louis and an M.B.A. from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
