Nick Prickel Bio

Nick Prickel joined Vista Equity Partners in 2012 and is currently a member of the private equity Flagship team. Mr. Prickel helps lead Vista’s partnerships with Applause, Gainsight, iCIMS, Jamf (NASDAQ: JAMF), KnowBe4 (NASDAQ: KNBE), LucidChart, SmartBear and Solera, and he currently sits on the boards of Applause, Gainsight, iCIMS and SmartBear. He has also previously spent time with Vista’s investments in Aderant, Advanced, Aptean, BigMachines, Bonterra and Granicus. From 2015 to 2016, Mr. Prickel worked directly for the management team at Aptean as Director of Strategic Operations, where he led their sourcing and integration of seven add-on acquisitions. Mr. Prickel was named one of GrowthCap’s Leaders of Growth Investing in 2022 and GrowthCap’s 40 Under 40 Growth Investors in 2021. Since 2022, Nick has held the role of Staffer, where he has managed the staffing and personnel development of the 60+ analysts, associates and senior associates on the private equity team. Prior to joining Vista, Mr. Prickel worked at Rothschild in New York as an Investment Banking Analyst.
