Josh Gray joined Vista Equity Partners in 2019 and is a member of the private equity Endeavor team and Vista’s Private Equity Management Committee, the firm’s decision-making body for matters affecting Vista’s overall private equity platform. Mr. Gray currently sits on the boards of BigTime Software, Dispatch, Fusion Risk Management and Resilinc. He is also actively involved with the firm’s investments in Innovapptive and was previously involved with the firm’s investments in BlueConic, Jebbit and LifeLoop (formerly iN2L). Prior to joining Vista, Mr. Gray served as President and Chief Operating Officer at Eved, a global AP and payments platform, where he ran all lines of business. He also worked at Insight Partners as an Operating Partner, serving as interim CEO of Unitrends. Previously, Mr. Gray was a member of the executive team at BigMachines, a Vista portfolio company, serving as General Manager of BigMachines Express through the company’s acquisition by Oracle. Before his time at BigMachines, Mr. Gray held roles at Chicago Public Schools and Boston Consulting Group. He also served as Assistant Chief Operating Officer on the 2008 Obama for America Presidential Campaign. Mr. Gray began his career as a Private Equity and Venture Capital Investor at Svoboda Capital Partners and Lehman Brothers.
