John Stalder Bio

John Stalder joined Vista Equity Partners in 2011 and sits on the Vista Flagship Funds’ Investment Committee. Mr. Stalder currently sits on the boards of Cloud Software Group, Gainsight, Greenway Health, Infoblox, Pipedrive and Salesloft. He was also actively involved with the firm’s investments in Accruent, Apptio, Aptean, Datto (formerly NYSE: MSP), Marketo, MRI Software and Sunquest Information Systems. Prior to joining Vista, Mr. Stalder worked at Pagemill Partners, where he advised clients in a variety of verticals including software, IT services and internet, among others. These projects included buy-side and sell-side transactions, equity financings and other strategic advisory initiatives.
