Justin Caskey Bio

Justin joined Virgo Capital in 2024 as an Operating Partner, working with portfolio companies to drive growth and enhance operational efficiency. Previously, he was CFO at Unifocus, a global workforce management software firm, and CFO at Korbyt, an enterprise digital signage and workplace management software company, where he led a successful exit in 2023. Earlier in his career, he worked in the Industrial Investment Banking Group at KeyBanc Capital Markets and Audit practice at Deloitte & Touche. Justin holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Accountancy from Arizona State University.
