Hemanth Parasuram Bio

Hemanth co-founded Virgo Capital in 2005 and manages the operations of the Firm including portfolio management and currently serves on the boards of RMG Networks, Sayers Technology, and SirsiDynix. Prior to establishing Virgo Capital, Hemanth was the Director of Corporate Development at TIBCO Software, where he completed several strategic investments and three acquisitions. Previously, Hemanth worked in the High Technology Mergers and Acquisitions group of Goldman Sachs, where he advised clients in a variety of industries including software, hardware, and online media. Hemanth received his BS in Electrical Engineering with a software specialization from Stanford University.
